CDC event: Ana in Wonderland. Ana Roš presents Koppert Cress

We are warmly inviting you to join us at the next Carpe Diem Club event which will take place at restaurant Gostilna Na Gradu in the Ljubljana castle, on Monday, 18th of October at 20.00.
What’s all about: Koppert Cress are little plants of great flavours. Their impressing colours, forms and tastes will serve as inspiration to the great Slovenian chef Ana Roš to create a really unforgettable dinner.
The evening in the company of some of the greatest Slovenian chefs, enogastronomic journalists and you, together with the wonderful dishes created by Ana, will be unforgettable and something you shouldn’t miss.
Six plates, prepared by Ana, will be served together with the excellent wines by Edi Simčič and Wine Kramar.
Price of the dinner (with wines): 70 eur.
The number of places is limited so since interest is big we suggest you to reserve your place as soon as possible.
