60 Chefs to Honor French Cuisine at Versailles
60 world class chefs will travel to the Château de Versailles where they will cook a sensational meal in homage to French cuisine.
The brainchild of Jaume Tàpies, Chairman of the Board of Relais & Châteaux, and Marc Haeberlin, President of Grandes Tables du Monde; Le Dîner des Grands Chefs will take place at the Château de Versailles on April 6.
After a visit to the Hall of Mirrors and the “Thrones in Majesty” exhibition in the Royal Apartments, the 650 guests will dine in the Gallery of Battles.
Amongst the many chefs showcasing their wares you’ll find Fréderic Anton, Daniel Boulud, Jean-André Charial, Hélène Darroze, Edouard Loubet, Thomas Keller (above), Kiyomi Mikuni, Emmanuel Stroobant and Michel Troisgros.
Priced at 890 euros per person, the proceeds from the evening will be donated to the French Heritage and Gastronomy Mission (MFPCA).
