Art of the “poor cuisine”: Ana Roš with Damjan Fink and Joško Sirk with Alessandro Gavagna

Chef Ana Roš loves challenges. Her next challenge to herself and to her colleagues from Slovenia and abroad, which was inspired by the economical crisis, is to create stunning dishes with simple, “poor” ingredients. Low cost cuisine of a great mastery.

At the first from the series of events under the name “ART OF THE “POOR CUISINE” which took place at “Gostilna na gradu” in Ljubljana on Wednesday 23rd January were guests the legendary Joško Sirk and Alessandro Gavagna from the Michelin starred La Subida from Cormons in Italy. Restaurant which enchants every guest with the excellent cuisine and the great cordiality of the family.

The winemaker of the evening was Martin Krapež from Vipava, who cultivates with great mastery the fruits of nature.
