v Gostilni Na gradu v Ljubljani v torek, 5.2. ob 19.30.

Le kako se bo Aninega izziva lotil on?  Vabim vas, da ga preizkusite.

Ob večerji bodo postrežena vina Piquentum in Ducal.

Cena večerje s šestimi hodi in vinsko spremljavo: 50,00 eur

Chef Ana Roš loves challenges. Her next challenge to herself and to her collegues from Slovenia and abroad, which was inspired by the economical crisis, is to create stunning dishes with simple, “poor” ingredients. Low cost cuisine of a great mastery.

I am kindly inviting you to the second evening from the series ART OF THE “POOR CUISINE” which will take place

at “Gostilna na gradu” in Ljubljana on Tuesday 5th February at 7.30 pm.

I’m happy to announce that guest chef of our second event will be Dino Galvagno, the most promissing Croatian chef of strong character and strong personal signature. His restaurant “Prasac” (Pig) in Zagreb is always a great attraction for foodies. Now he is starting hi new restaurant “Peta četvrtina” (Fifth quatter) where he will prepare traditional Croatian cuisine with contemporary flair. Very concentrated on best products of the small farmers he is developing a strong gastronomical story.
How will he respond to Ana’s challenge?

With dinner will be served wines Piquentum and Ducal.

Price of the six courses dinner with wines: 50,00 eur

Reservations are obligatory:
