Večeri “Umetnost revne kuhinje” vsakič postavijo Ano Roš in njenega gosta pred izziv pripraviti vrhunske krožnike iz revnih sestavin. Vznemirljivi večeri, ki navdušujejo, in privabljajo goste in novinarje tako iz Slovenije, kot iz tujine. Bodo navdušili tudi vas?

Prijazno vas vabim na četrti večer iz serije “Umetnost revne kuhinje”, ki se bo odvijal v gostilni Na gradu v Ljubljani v četrtek, 21.3. ob 19.30 (oz ponovitev, ki bo v petek, 22.3. ob 19.30).

Vesela sem, da bo naš tokratni gost Franco Aliberti eden najbolj kreativnih italijanskih slaščičarjev. Franco je do pred nekaj dnevi bil slaščičar slavne Osterie Francescane (3 Michelinke), ki velja za najbolj vročo Italijansko restavracijo ta trenutek, ter ki je po mnenju lestvice S. Pellegrino, peta najboljša na svetu. Njegova kreativnost pa ga vleče naprej, zato se je odločil, da se po nadvse vznemirljivi izkušnji z Massimom Botturo, poda na samostojno pot. Večkrat se je že preizkušal tudi kot chef, ne samo kot slaščičar in tudi tudi v sklopu našega večera ga boste spoznali v obeh vlogah.

Cena večerje s šestimi hodi in vinsko spremljavo: 50,00 eur

“Art of poor cuisine” is a challenge to Ana Roš and to her colleagues from Slovenia and abroad, which was inspired by the economical crisis, is to create haute cuisine with simple, “poor” ingredients. 

I am kindly inviting you to the fourth evening from the series ART OF THE “POOR CUISINE” which will take place at “Gostilna na gradu” in Ljubljana on Thursday and Friday 21st and 22nd March at 7.30 pm. (because of great interest we will do two evenings with the same guest chef)

I’m happy to announce that guest chef of our fourth event will be Franco Aliberti, one of the most creative Italian pastry chefs (till few days ago he was pastry chef at Osteria Francescana – 3 Michelin stars, 5th place worldwide at S. Pellegrino best restaurants list), but he is now starting his own project. In Ljubljana you will be able to get to know him as chef and as pastry chef.
How will he respond to Ana’s challenge?
