Večeri “Umetnost revne kuhinje”, plod sodelovanja med Ano Roš in Andrejo Lajh, ki k vsakemu dogodku povabita drugega gostujočega chefa, postavijo Ano Roš in njenega gosta pred izziv pripraviti vrhunske krožnike iz revnih sestavin. Vznemirljivi večeri, ki navdušujejo, in privabljajo goste in novinarje tako iz Slovenije, kot iz tujine. Bodo navdušili tudi vas?

Prijazno vas vabim na peti večer iz serije “Umetnost revne kuhinje”, ki se bo odvijal v gostilni Na gradu v Ljubljani v torek, 16.4. ob 19.30. Naš tokratni gost bo Cristiano Tomei iz Toskane.

Če bo april, kot navadno, siv in deževen, nam bo vsem še kako prijala energija Cristiana Tomeia. Če bo sončen, bomo pa z njim proslavljali sonce. Pisci se ne morejo zediniti ali je genij ali norec ali pa oboje hkrati. Nekateri ga imenujejo kar Jimi Hendrix kulinarike, saj zna iz ekstremov ustvarjati lepoto. Je neposreden, drzen, svež in si ne postavlja omejitev. V njegovi restavraciji, ki se nahaja v samem muzeju sodobnih umetnosti v mestecu Lucca, ni jedilnega lista. Jedi sestavlja za vsakega gosta sproti iz tega, kar narava in tržnica nudita ta dan. Njegova drznost in neukročenost pa sta zaviti v toplino in okronani s toskanskim humorjem. Cristiano Tomei bo sredi aprila v Ljubljani zaigral svoje divje harmonije in izzval Ano v vznemirljiv duet. Pridtužite se nam tudi v aprilu in se pripravite na maj, ko bo z nami spet nova zgodba polna neustavljive svežine.

Ravioli polnjeni z deviškim oljčnim oljem in prahom črnega ohrovta (Cristiano Tomei)

Mlado zelje in fermentirana skuta (Ana Roš)

Rezine govedine s praženo maščobo steaka, ocvrti krompirjevi olupki, servirano na vročem lubju morskega bora (Cristiano Tomei)

Sorbet špargljev in zrele jagode (Ana Roš)

Pena oljčnega olja, cous cous iz lešnikov in krema iz nešpelj (Cristiano Tomei)

Tokrat bodo jedi spremljala piva Kratochwill

“Art of poor cuisine” events, which are result of collaboration between Ana Roš and Andreja Lajh who invite for each event another guest chef, are a challenge to Ana Roš and to her collegues from Slovenia and abroad to create haute cuisine with simple, “poor” ingredients.

I am kindly inviting you to the fifth evening from the series ART OF THE “POOR CUISINE” which will take place at “Gostilna na gradu” in Ljubljana on Tuesday 16th April at 19.30 with guest chef Cristiano Tomei from Tuscany. 

If also this year April will be gray and rainy, we will immensely enjoy the energy of Cristiano Tomei. And if it will be sunny, we will celebrate sun with him. Writers can not decide if he is a genious or a mad man … or both. Some of them call him Jimi Hendrix of the cuisine because he is creating beauty out of extremes. He is direct, daring, fresh and knows no limits. In his restaurant, which is located in the museum of modern arts in Lucca, there is no written menu. He is creating dishes spontaneously out of what nature and market offer each single day. His boldness and wildness are wrapped into warmth and Tuscan humour. Cristiano Tomei will in the middle of April play his wild harmonies and challenge Ana into an exciting duet. Join us also in April and get ready for May when we will present again a story full of unstoppable freshness.

Mackerel, yoghurt, peas and strawberries  (Ana Roš)

Terrine of billy goat liver with dry wild berries (Ana Roš)

Ravioli filled with extra virgin olive oil and black kale powder (Cristiano Tomei)

Young cabbage and fermented cottage cheese (Ana Roš)

Slices of beef with roasted steak fat, fried potato skins, served on hot bark of the see pine (Cristiano Tomei)

Asparagus sorbet and ripe strawberries (Ana Roš)

Olive oil foam, cous cous from haselnuts and  medlar cream (Cristiano Tomei)

With our menu will be this time served Kratochwill beer.

Price of the six courses dinner with beer: 50,00 eur
