After that it was Antonino’s turn. Antonino’s “home” is two-stared Michelin restaurant il Mosaico at island of Ischia in italy and he is a true artist who is transforming the intensity and harmony of taste into edible sculptures which don’t satisfy only our palate but also our soul.
